An 1809 German language 'Geburts und Tauffschein' (Baptismal Certificate) for 
Elizabetta Lilheimer who was born to Jacob and Elisabeth Lilheimer in Allen Township, Northhampton County, PA. It is painted in bright colors that include reds, yellows, and blues. There is one tear at the bottom of the certificate, some crease marks and some foxing on this very early baptismal. Overall, it is a wonderful early Geburts und Taufschein
The certificate was printed and hand-painted in Allentown, PA by Heinrich Ebner (1783-1850) and Co. This baptismal is from early in Ebner's career as a publisher and artist.
It is 14" x 17" in the frame.
