18th Century Powder Horn with Great Color
An 18th century powder horn that was found in Pennsylvania, it was part of a 40+ year collection that was sold through an estate sale. The color is wonderful on this early horn and even though it has a small hole and a small crack at the top, it is in very good shape. There has been one repair to the horn with one nail replaced some time in the 19th century.
It is 11" long with a 3" top diameter.
