This is a Star Carrier and Tray fertilized egg carrier made by John Elbs of Rochester New York. It has a manufacture date of 1906 and is in excellent condition with its original cardboard insert where the eggs would sit as they were carried or shipped to the incubation house. It was patented in both the US (patent #722,612) and Canada (patent #96586).
It is 8.25" long x 6.4" wide x 2.6" tall.
