J. Bourne and Son Vitreous Bottle Master Ink
This is a 'vitreous stone bottle' made by the J. Bourne & Son Company "Patentees" who made this bottle in their Denby Pottery near Derby in England. P & J Arnold of London England (also on the bottle) were the ink makers who filled these bottles with ink. This is a large ink master that was made around 1850 and it is in excellent shape with no cracks or chips on the bottle.
It is 9.25" tall with a 3.5" bottom diameter.
