A rare and wonderful circa 1864 multi-banded yellowware pitcher that was large enough to be used in taverns, boarding houses, or inns. It has three colors of bands that are blue, brown, and white. The stripes are bright and vibrant on this rare pitcher attributed to the pottery of Thomas Goodwin Green. It has the multi-colored bands, differing widths of the bands, and flared bottom known to be particular types of design used by the T.G. Green pottery.

It stands 7" tall with a 5" top diameter.
