This is a real and original 1898 Courtney Dominion of Canadian 1 Dollar Bill dated March 1, 1898. It is series F and is a low serial number (032494). There are no pin holes or rips on the bill and it is in good shape with just some creases and folds.   The 'ones' are curved inward on the front and the reverse with the colors still bright and vibrant for a bill of this age and use. 
Bought as part of a Confederate money lot, this bill was a wonderful surprise.
