Rare Circa 1835 Allen Porter (Maine) Pewter Teapot
There's nothing better than pewter to show off your decorations at Christmastime. The greens and reds of the season look amazing when shown with the silvery gray pewter color of an early pewter teapot. This rare little beauty was made for the season and was made by Allen Porter of Maine who was active from 1830-1840. Rare and wonderful, it was made by an American craftsman. It is 7" tall.
