A nice little redware bank that was never used as it has to be broken to get the money out of it. Some were left the original color of the red clay used to make these little banks and some were painted - usually a dark red color. This litte bank has never been painted. These were 'all the rage' for children in the late 1800's.
It is 4.75" tall and has a 3" diameter base.
