A very nice antique firkin in its original yellow paint. The yellow paint is darker than it shows in the pictures and is in great shape. It is signed on the top and on the inside of the lid it has 'Ida' written on it. On the bottom of the firkin, it says "Ida's own bucket", so this was Ida's bucket. All nail construction, it is very tight and well-made. Definitely a great firkin to add to your firkin collection or your 'yellow paint' collection.
It has a 9" top diameter, a 10" bottom diameter and stands 9.5" tall.
